The story started in 2015

The first commercial mortgage financing file put together by Anass dates from 2015, when he was Account Director - Real Estate Financing for a Montreal chartered financial institution.   
Since then, the transactions have followed one another and Anass' passion for mortgage brokerage has been nourished by meetings with women and men who have boosted his mastery of the multi-rental real estate market to the point of becoming a reference in insured financing CMHC and real estate more broadly.
